Application Rules

  1. Membership Duration: Applicants must have been active members of the Discord server for at least three months. This ensures that applicants have sufficient familiarity with the community and its norms.

  2. Activity Level: Applicants should have a consistent record of activity that reflects positive engagement. This can be quantified by a minimum number of messages per month, such as 200 messages, or regular participation in voice chats and community events.

  3. Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 18 years old to ensure they can responsibly handle the duties associated with the staff roles.

  4. Application Process: Interested members must submit a formal application via a designated form, detailing their qualifications and reasons for wanting to join the staff. This form should be reviewed by current Administrators and Moderators.

  5. No Prior Sanctions: Applicants should not have any major infractions or bans in their history on the server. This promotes a leadership team with a clean record of conduct.

  6. Training Requirement: Once accepted, new staff members must undergo a training period where they learn about their specific roles and responsibilities, server tools, and conflict resolution techniques.

  7. Probation Period: New staff members will have a probationary period of one to three months, depending on the role. During this time, their performance and integration with the team will be evaluated.

  8. Confidentiality Agreement: Applicants must agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information they might encounter while performing their duties.

 
 

Role Descriptions

🔧 Helper

As a Helper within the Discord server, your primary role is to provide assistance and support to users. You are tasked with answering questions, offering guidance, and resolving issues to foster a positive and supportive environment. Your main focus is aiding users with technical difficulties, helping them navigate server features, and ensuring they understand community guidelines.

You are expected to have a solid understanding of the server's rules and policies. This knowledge allows you to effectively address user inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources when needed. Your duties include monitoring chat channels, responding to user queries, and providing detailed step-by-step instructions or troubleshooting support.

It is crucial for you to be patient, empathetic, and respectful in all interactions, which helps create a welcoming atmosphere for all members. Additionally, you may collaborate with Moderators and Administrators to report concerns or escalate complex issues that require their attention.

While you do not possess the same level of authority as Moderators or Administrators, you play a vital role in the community by ensuring timely and accurate assistance.

Your efforts are essential in helping users have a positive experience and fully utilize the features and resources available on the server.

🎓 Trial Moderator

As a Trial Moderator, you are currently in a probationary period designed to evaluate and develop your capabilities as a staff member. During this phase, you will work closely with established Moderators and Administrators, assisting them in their duties to gain practical experience in managing the server. Your key responsibilities include monitoring chat channels, addressing user concerns, and enforcing the server’s rules, all under the supervision of higher-ranking staff members.

You are expected to exhibit diligence and responsiveness, with a strong willingness to learn from the more experienced staff. Your performance throughout this probationary period will be carefully evaluated.

Success in demonstrating your abilities and dedication could lead to a promotion to a full Moderator position.

Probationary Period: 2 Months


🛡️ Moderator

As a Moderator, your primary role involves actively monitoring and maintaining the server’s chat channels, voice channels, and other interactive spaces. You are tasked with enforcing the server's rules and guidelines to ensure that all conversations are respectful, inclusive, and free from harassment or abuse. Your responsibilities extend to monitoring chat activity, removing inappropriate content, issuing warnings, disciplining violators, and escalating severe cases to higher-ranking staff members.

You are expected to be proactive, fair, and approachable, which contributes to fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the community. In addition to these duties, you may also handle user reports, respond to user inquiries, and engage in discussions aimed at improving server features and policies.

This multifaceted role requires a balance of assertiveness and diplomacy to effectively manage the community and maintain a supportive environment.

⚔️ Administrator

As an Administrator, you possess the highest level of authority and responsibility within the Discord server. Your core responsibility is to oversee and manage all aspects of the server’s operations. This includes the power to enforce rules, resolve conflicts, and make critical decisions concerning the server's structure, features, and policies.

Your duties encompass managing server settings, permissions, and user roles, as well as coordinating with other staff members to promote a safe and enjoyable environment for all users. Additionally, you play a crucial role as a mentor and guide for the staff, providing necessary support, assistance, and training.

This leadership position demands a comprehensive understanding of the server's mechanics and community needs, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a supportive atmosphere for both users and team members.

The Administrator role is granted at the sole discretion of the owner.
